Roles and Responsibility
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, International Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in international marketing or export-focused roles.
- Strong understanding of global markets and cultural differences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, social media platforms, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to travel internationally when required.
- Strong project management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in FMCG, tobacco, or related export industries.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and marketing compliance.
- Creativity and adaptability to changing market conditions.
Position Requirements
- Market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes in targeted international markets.
- Introduce new products, maintain and strengthen the brand presence in international markets.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and compliance with global marketing guidelines.
- Collaborate with distributors, agents, and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
- Support distributors with marketing materials, product training, and promotional activities.
- Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Coordinate logistics, booth design, and post-event follow-up.
- Manage social media accounts and online advertising campaigns for international audiences.
- Work with designers and content creators to produce region-specific marketing materials.
