Job Summary
A leading company in the segment of Hookah Molasses flavors is seeking a results-oriented and versatile Business Development Executive to drive international growth and brand expansion. The candidate will play a key role in acquiring new distributors, managing global enquiries, executing influencer and marketing collaborations, and enhancing the company’s visibility in key export markets. The ideal candidate must be proactive, well-organized, and have a sharp sense of design and branding, with strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Position Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
International Business Development
- Identify and onboard new distributors & importers in global markets, including the South America, Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential international clients.
- Coordinate with export and logistics teams to support seamless client onboarding.
- Track competitor activity and international trends to propose new market strategies.
Lead Management & Conversion
- Act as the primary point of contact for all B2B and export enquiries, including email, website, trade shows, and social media leads.
- Share product information, samples, and pricing proposals to generate business interest.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with all leads and maintain lead conversion tracking.
- Update and manage inquiry logs and client communication records.
Marketing & Influencer Coordination
- Coordinate with external marketing and creative agencies for:
- Social media content planning (reels, posts, stories)
- SEO reporting and market visibility efforts
- Influencer collaborations in the hookah/lifestyle category
- Review all creative and campaign content to ensure they reflect brand quality and positioning.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics.
Creative & Brand Oversight
- Provide input on packaging, product naming, and branding concepts.
- Review visual assets like banners, photoshoots, and promotional materials for quality and relevance.
- Ensure consistent premium brand presentation across all platforms.
Trade Shows & Activation Initiatives
- Support planning and execution of:
- International exhibitions and Event organizing for product launch or marketing
- Product demos, brand partnerships, and pop-up activations
- Launches of limited editions, bundles, and themed collections
