Roles and Responsibility
Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and coordination with internal departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in finance and taxation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Ensure timely bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and file tax-related documentation and returns.
- Monitor vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for finance-related matters.
Position Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B. Com/M. Com preferred).
- 4–7 years of experience in accounting and finance functions.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
