Roles and Responsibility
Qualification: B. Com / M. Com
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions
- Maintain and track inventory accounting, including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Handle cost accounting, including overhead allocation and variance analysis
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and MIS reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Ensure GST compliance (returns, input credit reconciliation, e-invoicing)
- Manage TDS deductions, filings, and statutory compliance
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams for accurate cost and inventory records
- Assist in audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Position Requirements
- Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations
- Experience in inventory & cost accounting (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Tally / SAP / Oracle or similar)
- Good understanding of MIS reporting and financial analysis
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
